Sue A. from Kentucky Meets Loretta Lynn

It all started with a conversation at a beauty salon in KY and someone who knew about the Granting Dreams Foundation. It is wonderful to know the word is spreading about what we do!

Sue knew that her daughter was taking her to Tunica Resorts, MS for a Loretta Lynn concert, but she had no idea that she was about to have a long-held dream granted when she was brought backstage for a personal meeting with Loretta Lynn. Sue has been fighting cancer for 3 years which progressed from her lungs to her brain and lymph nodes. In the first picture, Sue is shown surprised when Loretta entered the room. In the second photo, Sue had indicated she was chilled and Loretta took her gown and covered Sue's legs. Sue's daughter stated it was such a wonderful trip and those are memories that will never be forgotten!
