We grant tomorrow's dreams today for anyone 19 or older who has a life-threatening medical condition.

To start the process, please complete the form to the right. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to further discuss a recipient's eligibility. Your treating physician must confirm and endorse your request.

Note: Certain wishes cannot be granted such as: wishes for cash, vehicles, homes, travel abroad, travel outside the contiguous U.S., a wish not endorsed by your treating physician or healthcare provider, or for anything inconsistent with the mission and values of the Granting Dreams Foundation. You cannot have already received a wish through another wish granting organization.
